Credit Card Charges

If a credit card was used to process your order and you qualify for a refund the charges that was charged to us by our credit card processor will be subtracted from your refund, This also applies to CANCELLED orders.

Refused Packages 

Packages which are refused are charged 20 % restocking charge

Damaged Merchandise

Merchandise Received Damaged must be reported to the carrier that delivered your package.we use FedEx UPS and USPS all packages are fully insured some carriers want you to keep the box and all packaging. Damages Must Be Reported as soon as you Receive your Package.

Merchandise Returns

If the wrong item is ordered, please obtain a Return Authorization Number from us and ship the incorrect  item back undamaged, unused in the original packaging in re-saleable condition to KING HVAC PARTS . COM within 3 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted or credited without a KING HVAC PARTS . COM Return Authorization Number.  Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused, and you, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless we have shipped a product other than that which was expressly ordered by you. Once received, we will issue a credit to the credit card on file within 3 days.

Accidents do occasionally happen, so in the event that we ship you a part that you did not order, a packaging error, we will absolutely correct the issue, at our expense, and send you out the part via the same means of transportation.  If you would like to upgrade the shipping for the replacement part, we may be able to do that, but the difference in shipping will be billed to your credit card.

Non-defective product returns are subject to RMA request no longer than 3 Days after receipt of merchandise and authorization of KING HVAC PARTS . COM and/or the manufacturer of the product. Returned items must be in the original undamaged packaging with all accompanying material, in saleable condition, freight paid, and accompanied by a KING HVAC PARTS . COM Return Authorization Number Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges.  We reserve the right to charge a 20% processing/re-stocking fee ($5 minimum), and original shipping charges. These charges apply to orders which were refused upon delivery as well. 

The fact that items purchased through our website with a flat rate fee for shipping and handling or Free Next Day Air does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us.  If a product is returned, the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED from the credit!

Returns on products that are not compatible with your HVAC equipment will be credited based upon the above criteria. KING HVAC PARTS . COM is not responsible for items ordered which are not compatible with your system or for design changes on products by manufacturers.

Warranty Issues

First, we suggest you contact the appropriate manufacturer directly to obtain technical support or warranty information. (Many times, the issue may be with the installation, rather than the product)  Replacement or repair as well as validity of all warranties provided are that of the individual manufacturer.

COM Return Authorization Number and is subject to manufacturer's approval for credit. (We incur the costs incurred of shipping the item to the manufacturer from our warehouses.  The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for shipping fees at all.) If a replacement is wanted right away, please order the new one directly through our website.  Once, and if, the defect is approved by the manufacturer (which could take up to 60 days), we will issue a credit to the card if a duplicate item was purchased from us or we will send you a new replacement part.

Exceptions to the Merchandise Returns Policy Above

  • Orders drop shipped direct from the manufacturer are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Electronic items, such as, but not limited to, Circuit Boards, Hot Surface Ignitors, Electronic Thermostats,Gas Valves Motors and PowerVent Blowers are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • All Chemicals are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Heat Exchangers (Tube Bundles) and Cooling Coils are NON-RETURNABLE. 
  • Any item used or installed or damaged in the process are NON-RETURNABLE. 

All parts and/or products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. We cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from customer misuse or negligence.
